A general internist with St. Joseph Medical Group Inc., John Addo, MD, is board-certified in internal medicine and is a primary care physician who specializes in cardiovascular medicine, hypertension and diabetes management. Dr. Addo graduated from the University of Ghana Medical School in 1988 and completed a residency at Good Samaritan Hospital in Baltimore. He is a member of the American Medical Association and is a member and fellow of the American College of Physicians. |

A general internist with St. Joseph Medical Group Inc., Dorothea Addo, MD, is board-certified in internal medicine and specializes in women's health, hypertension and diabetes. Dr. Addo graduated from the University of Ghana Medical School in 1988, and after a five-year stint as a fellow in clinical pharmacology, she completed an internal medicine residency at Good Samaritan Hospital in Baltimore. Dr. Addo is a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Physicians. |

Chik Amechi, MD, became the first OB/GYN specialist to join St. Joseph Medical Group when he joined in August 2010. Prior to joining SJMG, he worked at Allen County OB/GYN Associates, a practice he started in June 1992.

Robert D. Barnes, MD, joined St. Joseph Medical Group's pediatrics team in November 2010. Prior to joining, he was in private practice. Dr. Barnes sees patients at Lutheran Health Plaza in New Haven.

Bryan E. Flueckiger, MD
Bryan E. Flueckiger, MD, is a board-certified psychiatrist with St. Joseph Medical Group Inc., who practices at Psychiatric Care. Dr. Flueckiger, who specializes in adult and geriatric psychiatry, graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne and earned his medical degree from Southern Illinois University. He completed a psychiatry residency at Hershey Medical Center in Pennsylvania.

MinXin Fu, MD, PhD, FAAP, a board-certified pediatrician comes to SJMG from Goshen General Hospital, where he was a pediatrician for two years. Dr. Fu's clinical interests include newborn care, obesity, ADHD and asthma.

Nancy V. Gardner, NP, joined St. Joseph Medical Group and Ryan Cardiology in September 2010. Prior to joining SJMG, she worked for Baltes Cardiology in Fort Wayne for 20 years, and she worked as a registered nurse at St. Joseph Hospital.

Ammar Ghanem, MD, FCCP, DABSM, joined St. Joseph Medical Group in July 2010 after serving as an attending physician at Southern Ohio Medical Center in Portsmouth, Ohio, since 2005. He also served on the faculty at Ohio University in Athens, Southern Ohio Medical Center.

Hamid S. Hamdi, MD, a board-certified neurologist, has joined the neurology team at St. Joseph Medical Group. Dr. Hamdi is also board certified in neurorehabilitation.

Diana L. Lackey, MD, a pulmonologist, joined St. Joseph Medical Group in September 2007. Dr. Lackey, who is experienced in pulmonary and critical care medicine, was in private practice in Atlanta, Ga., before coming to Fort Wayne.

Chung-Seng Lee, MD
Chung-Seng Lee, MD, who began his private practice in Fort Wayne in 1981, became the first gastroenterologist to join St. Joseph Medical Group when he joined in January 2011. Prior to that, he worked as the chief of medical services and as a gastroenterologist at the Veterans' Administration Medical Center in Fort Wayne.

Yu Liu, MD, MSc
Yu Liu, MD, a board-certified neurologist, specializes in neurophysiology (EMG, EEG, evoked potential and sleep medicine). His clinical interests include neuromuscular diseases, movement disorders such as Parkinson's disease, stroke, spasticity caused by traumatic brain injury or spinal cord injury, dementia, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, migraine headaches and sleep disorders. Dr. Liu welcomes referrals for inpatient and outpatient consults.

Ann M. Moore, DO, a graduate of Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne, joined St. Joseph Medical Group as a geriatrician in 2008. She is board certified in internal medicine, geriatrics and hospice and palliative care.

Revathi Ramani, MD
A St. Joseph Medical Group Inc. physician who practices at the Children's Care Center, Revathi Ramani, MD, graduated from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas in 1998. She completed two residencies, one in categorical pediatrics at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Mich., in 2001, and the second in preventative medicine at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 2003.

Barbara L. Rondot, NP, joined St. Joseph Medical Group and St. Joseph Pediatrics in November 2010 when Robert Barnes, MD, joined the group. Rondot has worked as a nurse practitioner for Dr. Barnes since 1999.

Ayodeji O. Rosanwo, MD
A member of St. Joseph Medical Group Inc., Ayodeji O. Rosanwo, MD, is a family practice and geriatrics board-certified physician who practices at Senior Health Services. Dr. Rosanwo specializes in geriatric concerns such as diabetes, Alzheimer's, nursing home depression, cardiovascular events and influenza surveillance. Steven Schneider, MD, a member of St. Joseph Medical Group Inc., provides consulting and inpatient services to area hospitals. Dr. Schneider, who specializes in adult and geriatric psychiatry, is a graduate of the University of Rochester, Rochester, N.Y. (1980), the University of Illinois School of Medicine (1988) and the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, where he completed his residency in psychiatry in 1992.

Bhupendra K. Shah, MD, joined the St. Joseph Medical Group neurology team in June 2009. After four years at Neurological Clinic Inc., Dr. Shah started his own practice, Bhupendra K. Shah, MD, P.C., in 1984, which he operated for 25 years until joining SJMG.

Denise M. Smith, DO
Denise M. Smith, D.O., recently returned to St. Joseph Medical Group as a primary care physician after a one-year hiatus from the group. A native of Fort Wayne, Dr. Smith entered the medical field as a radiological technologist in 1978 and worked as a radiographer for several years before entering medical school. She graduated from the Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, Mo., in 1993. Since completing a residency in family practice medicine at the Fort Wayne Medical Education program in 1996, she has worked in numerous capacities as a primary care and emergency medicine physician. Dr. Smith specializes in end-of-life issues for primary care patients.

A former labor and delivery nurse with extensive neonatal intensive care unit experience, Stacy M. Smith worked in The Birthplace at Dupont Hospital before joining St. Joseph Medical Group's Allen County OB/GYN Associates. Prior to that, she worked on the medical/surgical intensive care unit at Lutheran Hospital.

Houda Trabulsi-Younis, MD, is a board-certified pediatrician with St. Joseph Medical Group Inc. Dr. Trabulsi-Younis, who practices at Children's Care Center, specializes in the treatment of asthma, allergies, ADD/ADHD, childhood obesity and common childhood diseases. A trained family practice physician who completed her studies at Damascus University in Damascus, Syria, Dr. Trabulsi-Younis, completed a pediatric residency at Michigan State University, and she obtained a certificate in gynecology from Paris 5 University in Paris, France. |

Brian A. Youn, MD, joined St. Joseph Medical Group as an intensivist in April 2008. Dr. Youn has been on St. Joe's active medical staff since 1996 and has served in a variety of leadership roles at the hospital throughout the years.
